Meet the founder
Wildiah Edouard
Service has never been something Wildiah chose. It's something she was built for. She has led the children's department at her church, supported youth programs, and managed community initiatives in the nonprofit and government sectors. The thread was always the same: show up, build the thing, and make sure the people around you have what they need to move forward.
Today she leads Grow & Thrive from Montreal as a Professional Services Project Manager, bringing that same rigour to founders doing important work in their communities.
