Who we are
Grow & Thrive is a project management and execution support agency based in Montreal, Quebec. This policy explains what personal information we collect through grow-thrive.com and our related pages, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you share in forms, the Project Kickoff Scorecard, booking forms, or messages.
- Information about purchases: what you bought and when. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools when you allow them.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your questions and book calls
- To send you what you requested, like your Scorecard results or a purchased template
- To deliver services you've hired us for
- To send our newsletter and updates, only if you've signed up
- To understand how our website is used and improve it
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations
We only collect what we need for these purposes, and we don't sell your personal information.
Consent
By submitting a form or signing up, you agree to our use of your information for the purpose stated at that moment. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies that identify you, track your location, or build a profile of you are turned off by default. You can choose to turn them on through the cookie banner on our site, and change your choice at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our website and email platform (GoHighLevel), project management (ClickUp), workspace tools (Google Workspace), a form delivery service that emails us your placement quiz answers (FormSubmit), and payment processors. They can only use your information to provide their services to us.
Where your information is stored
Some of these providers store information outside Quebec, including in the United States. Before sharing information outside Quebec, we check that it will receive adequate protection.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires, for example for tax records. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
How we protect it
We use password-protected accounts, limited access for team members, and secure platforms. If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we'll notify you and Quebec's privacy regulator, the Commission d'accès à l'information.
Your rights
You can ask to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that's wrong or incomplete
- Withdraw your consent
- Have your information deleted or stop being shared
- Receive your information in a commonly used format

Complaints
If you're not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
