Biannual course launch
Planned and launched their biannual course, including email sequences, the launch itself, and the student onboarding process.
Cohort offboarding
Developed their cohort offboarding plan and fully automated the process so it runs entirely hands-off.
Podcast plan
Built a podcast project plan from concept to launch, designed so any team member could run it. Covered equipment and production team sourcing, episode workflow, and launch timeline.
Student ambassador program
Developed the project plan, then planned and managed a student ambassador program for a Historically Black College and University organization from concept through pre-launch.
Planner launch and podcast build
Managed a financial planner launch end to end for a Certified Public Accountant firm, alongside a podcast build-out, community management, and ongoing content strategy.
Online community
Managed an online community end to end, including content creation, weekly posting, and daily engagement, plus planning and marketing for community meetings and guest coordination.
