For 8 weeks, Grow & Thrive becomes part of your team. We build your roadmap, manage the project, and handle the day-to-day coordination with your vendors, partners, and team. You make the final calls. We keep everything moving.

The Vision Retainer

An embedded partner for your projects, or your whole agency, month after month.
You have more going on than one person can hold. Maybe it's ongoing projects that need steady management, or an agency where you want to step back from running the team and the clients. Either way, you want one reliable partner keeping it all organized and moving.
Project Management
Up to 2 active projects at a time. When one wraps, we move straight into the next.
Agency Support
We become your agency's project manager, running your team and client management under your brand so you can step out of the day-to-day. Covers up to 10 active client accounts.
You can switch your focus at your monthly planning session.
What's Included
- 30 hours a month of management, execution, and reporting
- A 60-minute sync call every two weeks, with monthly and quarterly planning built in
- A Thrive Report every Friday, plus an end-of-month recap
- Your own Slack channel, with replies within 24 hours, Monday to Friday
- Automatic enrollment in our referral program. Earn $100 for every client you refer, and they get $100 off their first payment.
Good to Know
Onboarding includes a 60-minute kickoff call, an intake form, and a full build of your project or agency workflow. Projects already in motion get audited first so nothing gets dropped.
For agencies, we work under your brand, using your email, your Slack, and your tools. Your clients see your agency, not us, and we never approach your clients directly.
Coming from another plan? Essentials clients get 5% off their first month, and Vision Sprint clients get 10% off.
Every plan comes with a real team.
A lead project manager sets the strategy and guides the work, a project coordinator turns the plan into action, and an operations coordinator manages everything behind the scenes.
